We are currently partnering with a well-established public practice firm to recruit talented Bookkeepers, Intermediate Accountants, and Senior Accountants to join their growing team.

? About the Role

You will be working closely with a portfolio of high-value business clients , and HNWIs providing end-to-end accounting and compliance support while building strong, trusted relationships.

✅ Key Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of multiple business clients across various industries
- Prepare financial statements, tax returns, and BAS/IAS lodgements
- Provide proactive accounting and advisory support
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records (for bookkeeping roles)
- Liaise directly with clients and respond to queries
- Support senior staff and contribute to workflow efficiency

? About You

- Experience in Australian public practice is essential
- Proven ability to handle multiple client portfolios
- Strong technical accounting and/or bookkeeping skills
- Proficiency in systems such as Xero, MYOB, or similar
- Excellent communication and client management skills




- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

For Senior roles:

- Demonstrated experience managing high-end / complex business clients
- Ability to mentor junior staff and review work
