About Grey Space Advisory

We're a Sydney-based accounting and advisory firm working with ambitious SME business owners across Australia - tax compliance, business structuring, and strategic advice. We tripled revenue in the past 12 months and are currently integrating two acquisitions, which means real breadth of exposure for someone who wants more than routine compliance work. We run on modern, cloud-based systems and back our Sydney team with a Philippines-based team, so our seniors get genuine delegation leverage rather than doing everything themselves.

The Role

You'll own a portfolio of SME clients end-to-end — from compliance through to advisory, with technical support available when you need it, not sitting over your shoulder.

Your responsibilities will include

- Preparing tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships, and individuals
- Preparing BAS/IAS and financial statements
- Tax planning and advisory work
- Managing end-to-end jobs, with delegation support from our offshore team




- Engaging directly with clients and owning the relationship

About You

- 5+ years’ experience in public practice or corporate accounting
- Completed or working towards your CA/CPA
- Skilled in Xero, Xero Tax, and cloud-based systems
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Self-driven and eager to learn
- Sydney-based (or willing to relocate)
