As our highly valued Senior Analyst, Partnerships Oversight & Assurance, your role will help ensure the operational activities performed by our strategic Business Banking partners meet Great Southern Bank���s quality, risk, compliance and regulatory expectations.

Working across Business & Embedded Finance and with our strategic partners, you’ll provide quality assurance, reporting and insights that strengthen processes, improve customer outcomes and support the continued growth of our digital-first business banking proposition.

You’ll make an impact by:

- Executing Quality Assurance reviews across business lending, deposits, transactional services and customer lifecycle activities, including financial assistance, collections and complaints

- Working directly with strategic partners to assess the quality of operational and servicing activities performed on behalf of Great Southern Bank

- Delivering meaningful reporting, analysis and insights that identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement

- Supporting calibration activities with internal teams and external partners to drive consistent quality standards

- Providing feedback and recommendations that strengthen processes, systems, controls and customer outcomes

- Applying your understanding of risk, compliance and regulatory requirements, including complaints management, financial assistance and debt collection obligations

- Partnering with stakeholders to identify and implement continuous improvements to tools, processes and ways of working

This is an opportunity to play an important role in the growth of Great Southern Bank’s digital-first Business Banking proposition. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and strategic partners, applying your operational and assurance expertise across a broad range of business banking activities.

You’ll join a collaborative team where your insights will help strengthen quality, manage risk and improve the experience we provide to our business banking customers.

To succeed in this role, you’ll have:

- Extensive experience across business lending, banking operations, quality assurance, complaints, financial assistance or collections within financial services

- A willingness to embrace Generative AI and emerging technologies, exploring new ways to automate and enhance assurance and oversight activities.

- Strong knowledge of business lending, including business financial information, loan assessment and business structures

- Sound understanding of financial assistance, collections and relevant debt collection requirements

- Strong knowledge of complaints management and RG 271 requirements

- Demonstrated experience delivering Quality Assurance reviews, analysis, reporting and actionable insights

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks, trends and improvement opportunities





- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with external partners

- Working knowledge of relevant financial services legislation, regulatory requirements, industry standards and codes

- Previous experience assessing small business lending or working as a credit risk assessor will be highly regarded
