The Opportunity An excellent opportunity exists for a Senior Associate to join the firm’s Property & Commercial team.

This is a broad role combining sophisticated property work with general commercial transactions and advisory matters. You’ll work closely with several highly experienced senior lawyers, manage matters with genuine autonomy and play an significant role in supporting clients through significant transactions and business decisions.

The work includes

✔ Commercial property acquisitions and disposals

✔ Property development matters and associated structuring

✔ Commercial and retail leasing

✔ Options, licences, easements and other property rights

✔ Business and share sales and acquisitions

✔ Joint ventures and business structuring

✔ Shareholder agreements, governance and succession arrangements

✔ Loans, securities and PPSR matters

✔ Terms of trade and broader commercial contracts

✔ General corporate and commercial advisory work

About You





✅ Approximately 5+ years’ PAE across property and commercial law

✅ Strong transactional, drafting and negotiation skills

✅ Confidence managing matters and client relationships with appropriate autonomy

✅ A practical, commercially minded approach to legal advice

✅ Excellent organisation, communication and attention to detail

✅ A collaborative attitude and genuine interest in contributing to a strong team
