We’re partnering with a leading organisation to find a Senior Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience to support critical logistics projects across ANZ.
? About the Role:
This is a hybrid IT/business-facing role - around 60% IT and 40% Business-which means we’re looking for someone who can confidently translate tech talk into business outcomes. You’ll play a key role in shaping transport and warehouse transformation initiatives by gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, and mapping current and future state processes.
? Key Focus Areas:
- Leading BA activities for Transport Management Systems (TMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) projects
- Working with cross-functional stakeholders across IT, Operations, and external vendors
- Creating process flow diagrams , business cases, and functional documentation
- Driving clarity on requirements, dependencies, and business impacts
✅ What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years’ experience as an IT Business Analyst , ideally within logistics, transport, or supply chain domains
- Robust communication and facilitation skills-you're just as comfortable with developers as you are with warehouse managers
- Experience working across both technical and operational teams
- Proficiency in business process modelling , and translating business needs into system specs
- Familiarity with TMS/WMS platforms and their role in modern logistics
