Experienced Brow & Lash Artist | Cosmetic Tattoo Prospect

The Brow Connection | North Brisbane Casual | Initially 2–3 Days Per Week The Brow Connection is looking for an experienced Brow & Lash Artist to join our growing team.

We are a boutique studio specialising in premium brows, Korean lash lifts, cosmetic tattooing and advanced Korean-inspired skin treatments, with a strong focus on natural, refined results and an elevated client experience.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, genuinely cares about their clients and is looking for a long-term opportunity to grow within an established studio.

Cosmetic Tattoo experience is highly regarded, but not essential.

The Role

This is a casual position, initially 2–3 days per week, with the opportunity to increase hours as your clientele and demand grow. Your core services will include:

- Brow shaping, waxing & colouring
- Hybrid Dye Brows
- Brow Lamination
- Lash Lifts
- Client consultations & treatment planning

Korean Lash Lift experience is not essential. Training in our signature Korean Lash Lift technique will be provided to the right experienced candidate. For candidates with Cosmetic Tattoo experience, there is also the opportunity to perform:

- Ombre / Powder Brows
- Nano / Hairstroke Brows
- Lip Blush Tattoo

Brow & Lash services are paid at a casual hourly rate, with a separate commission-based earning structure for Cosmetic Tattoo services.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

- Has a minimum of 2 years' hands-on professional Brow & Lash experience
- Is confident working independently
- Has strong attention to detail and a natural, refined aesthetic
- Is warm, professional and client-focused
- Takes pride in consultation, client experience and retention




- Is reliable, consistent and works well within a team
- Is open to learning our techniques and service standards
- Has full Australian working rights

Essential Availability

You must be available to work:
- Every second Saturday
- At least every second late night

Additional availability is highly regarded.

Cosmetic Tattoo Opportunity

Cosmetic Tattoo experience is a bonus, not a requirement. If you already perform Cosmetic Tattoo, we'd love to know about your experience and the training you've completed.

- Your Cosmetic Tattoo training provider / academy
- Techniques you have been trained in
- Your level of hands-on experience
- A portfolio of fresh and healed work, where available

You don't need to perform every PMU service to be considered.
