Salt is proud to partner with a long-standing, market-leading telecommunications client to support their growth across high-priority ICT infrastructure programs. We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join their Scaled Security Group, delivering complex initiatives within classified environments.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will take ownership of the end-to-end discovery, analysis, and process design across a critical ICT delivery program. You will play a pivotal role bridging the gap between business needs, security requirements, and technical execution, ensuring total traceability from initial problem definition through to implementation readiness.

Key Responsibilities

- Requirements Ownership: Elicit, analyse, and document complex functional and non-functional requirements via workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping.
- Documentation & User Stories: Develop detailed BRDs, process flows, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Stakeholder Facilitation: Act as the strategic link across business units, technical security engineers, delivery teams, and third-party vendors.
- Delivery & Testing Support: Maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle; support UAT scenario development, defect triage,



and business readiness.
- Process Optimization: Map "as-is" and "to-be" workflows to identify operational efficiencies, gap analyses, and risk mitigation strategies.

Key Requirements

- Security Clearance: Active NV1 Clearance is mandatory for access to classified environments.
- Senior BA Expertise: Proven track record leading discovery and delivery on complex ICT or technology programs.
- Core Toolkit: Exceptional skills in requirement gathering, process mapping, user story development, and workshop facilitation.
- Methodologies: Strong experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project frameworks.
- Desirable: Direct experience with ServiceNow implementations/enhancements or a background in the Telecommunications sector.
