You will join a project delivery team supporting an ambitious change agenda centred on regulatory obligations and risk framework uplift. This is heavily focused on regulations, obligations management, and risk frameworks across the enterprise.

With prior experience as a project Business Analyst, you bring a proven ability to deliver system, process, procedure and policy change that strengthens obligations management and risk control environments. You will use strong communication skills and a working interest in regulatory obligations and financial risk management to deliver end-to-end change on one or more projects, ensuring requirements are met, controls are fit for purpose, and perks are realised in line with agreed business and regulatory outcomes.

Key responsibilities

- Leading and participating in evidence gathering and workshop facilitation to support gap analysis of current versus future state obligations, controls, and risk framework maturity
- Mapping regulatory and internal obligations to existing policies, procedures, systems, and controls, identifying gaps, overlaps, or control weaknesses requiring remediation
- Co-ordinating and/or implementing end-to-end changes to systems, processes, policies, and procedures to close identified gaps and strengthen the control environment
- Acting as a primary point of contact for project delivery,



building enduring relationships with business and risk stakeholders, and framing problems in terms of obligations, controls, and risk appetite
- Supporting the design or uplift of risk management frameworks, obligations registers, and control testing/attestation processes where relevant to the project
- Applying agile ways of working pragmatically, while maintaining the rigour required for regulatory and audit-ready deliverables
- Contributing to project plans and status reporting, including identifying, communicating, and managing risks to solution delivery, and escalating control or compliance risks appropriately

You will bring

- Prior experience as a Business Analyst, ideally with exposure to regulatory change, obligations management, or risk framework projects
- Familiarity with concepts such as risk and control self-assessments, obligations registers, three lines of defence, or regulatory change management
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate regulatory obligations into practical business and system requirements
- Proven interpersonal skills to build effective stakeholder relationships and manage expectations across business, risk, and compliance functions
