We're growing our Caboolture team and looking for both a Senior Retail Sales Assistant and a Casual Retail Sales Assistant to join us.
Senior Retail Sales Assistant
Reporting to the Store Manager, this role suits someone with solid retail or sales experience who's ready to take the lead on the floor. You'll bring strong product knowledge, a customer-first mindset, and the confidence to mentor newer team members.
- Available across weekdays, with flexibility for weekend work
- Experience in retail sales, ideally in motorcycle or a related industry
- Confident driving sales targets and setting the standard for customer service
- Comfortable coaching and supporting junior team members
- Genuine interest in motorcycles or a willingness to quickly build that knowledge
Casual Retail Sales Assistant Reporting to the Store Manager, AMA Warehouse Caboolture is on the hunt for a dynamic sales team member who can provide our customers with exceptional knowledge and service. We're after someone willing to go above and beyond,
who shares our enthusiasm for everything two wheels and contributes to our fun, positive work environment.
- Available to work weekdays, with flexibility for weekend work

- Eager to build knowledge of industry trends and products
- Strong team player with an excellent work ethic
Role Responsibilities (both roles):
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain store presentation, ensuring shelves are stocked and presentable
