A seamless and transparent recruitment process is what we promise. This role will see you working across a broad range of civil engineering projects,
collaborating with experienced engineers from multiple disciplines to develop practical engineering solutions that can be delivered efficiently on site.
Some of the responsibilites include:
- Lead the design and coordination of civil infrastructure packages across multiple projects
- Lead water and wastewater business unit
- Nurture and manage repeat legacy clients
- Provide technical direction throughout planning, design and delivery phases
- Review engineering solutions and identify opportunities to improve constructability and efficiency
- Work closely with clients, authorities and project teams to navigate technical challenges
- Contribute to design reviews, engineering reports and project documentation
Rather than being limited to one stage of a project, you'll be involved throughout the engineering process, providing technical input, reviewing project requirements, coordinating stakeholders and helping deliver outcomes that balance engineering excellence with practical construction methodology.
