You’ll be joining a well-resourced, progressive claims function where your experience will be valued — and where there are explicit pathways into Technical, Quality Assurance, Training, Risk, Projects and People Leadership.

As a Senior, you will'
- Manage a reduced portfolio of more complex Group Life claims




- Be an important point of reference for the wider claims team.
- Complete file review and provide advice on claims strategies

Our client will love your background in;
- Assessing group or retail life insurance claims including making initial liability decisions and developing IM and RTW plans.
- Experience coaching and mentoring new starters and experienced claims consultants
- Conducting file reviews for higher DA approvals
