What You’ll Be Doing
- Scheduling and coordinating daily jobs for our Perth plumbing team
- Communicating with clients to confirm bookings, provide updates, and deliver exceptional service
- Working closely with trades, suppliers, and management to ensure seamless job flow
- Monitoring job progress and adjusting schedules in real time to maintain efficiency
- Supporting the office team with general administration and customer service
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in scheduling, dispatching, or rostering (trade/service industry experience a bonus)
- Excellent time-management and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Strong communication skills and a confident,
professional phone manner
- Familiarity with job management software such as Ascora, SimPRO, or ServiceM8
- A proactive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and genuine team-first approach
