The Opportunity

This role is suited to a qualified plumber who wants more than just another job.

Depending on your experience, you may step into one of the following roles:

Senior Commercial Plumber

Leading Hand

Site 2IC

Plumbing Foreman For the right person, this role can develop into a long-term leadership position within the business. You will be working on quality commercial projects across Melbourne with the backing of an experienced project management and operations team.

What You’ll Be Doing

Depending on your level of experience, your responsibilities may include:

Delivering commercial plumbing works to a high standard

Reading and interpreting plans,



specifications and construction documentation

Carrying out rough-in, stack work, drainage, fit-off, in-ground services, civil works and hydraulic installations

Leading apprentices, tradesmen and subcontractors where required

Assisting with day-to-day site coordination

Coordinating materials, deliveries, tools and equipment

Working closely with site managers, builders and project managers

Maintaining strong safety, QA and compliance standards

Helping drive productivity and workmanship on site

Identifying site issues early and helping resolve them properly

Supporting junior plumbers and apprentices

Taking pride in the finished product

You do not need to have done all of this already. If you are a strong tradesperson with the right mindset, we are willing to support your development into a larger leadership role

Who We’re Looking For

We are interested in speaking with people who have:

Commercial plumbing experience

Strong trade knowledge and pride in workmanship A good understanding of plans, set-outs and site coordination

Experience across rough-in, drainage, fit-off, stack work, in-ground services or hydraulic plumbing A reliable and organised approach to work A team-first attitude

Good communication skills The ability to lead, mentor or support others on site A willingness to take ownership and solve problems

High standards around safety, quality and accountability

You may already be a Foreman, or you may be a Senior Plumber or Leading Hand ready to step up.

White Card

Current driver’s licence

Commercial plumbing experience

Ability to work across Melbourne

Additional tickets, machinery experience, gas, roofing, drainage, civil experience or further qualifications will be highly regarded.
