This role offers the opportunity to lead complex sustainability projects, guide clients toward best-practice environmental outcomes, and mentor a passionate team in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

What is your role?

As Senior Consultant | Sustainability you will play a key technical and delivery role within our sustainability team.

You will

- Contribute to the delivery of sustainability assessments, environmental modelling, and certification frameworks across diverse project types.

- Apply technical expertise across thermal comfort, energy modelling, climate resilience, whole-of-life carbon, and precinct sustainability strategies.





- Collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers and developers to embed sustainability from concept through to construction.

- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

- Support proposal development and contribute to client-facing activities as part of a broader sustainability team.

- Contribute to thought leadership and industry initiatives that advance sustainable design in the built environment.

About You

- Experience: 4 to 6 years in sustainability consulting, ESD, building physics, or a related field.

- Technical expertise: Solid working knowledge of building performance modelling and relevant certification frameworks including NABERS, Green Star and WELL. Precinct-scale sustainability experience is advantageous.

- Leadership: Beginning to mentor junior team members and share technical knowledge within a team setting.

- Collaboration:



Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

- Strategic mindset: Ability to think beyond compliance and translate sustainability ideas into practical, design-led outcomes.
