Atom Resources is working with a leading Australian renewable energy owner and developer that is at the forefront of delivering wind, solar and battery storage projects, helping to power Australia's energy transition. With a major wind farm project set to commence in regional NSW, we are seeking experienced Contracts Administrators and Senior Contracts Administrators to join the project delivery team. While mobilisation remains several months away, this is an excellent opportunity to register your interest early and be considered for a landmark renewable energy project. The Role Working within an established project team, you will be responsible for the administration and management of project contracts, supporting commercial outcomes and ensuring contractual obligations are effectively managed throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities
- Contract administration across all phases of project delivery
- Management of subcontract agreements, notices and variations
- Administration of contractual obligations and compliance requirements
- Processing progress claims and payment schedules
- Commercial reporting and project documentation
- Supporting risk management and contract performance monitoring
- Liaising with project, procurement and delivery teams to support project outcomes
About You
- Previous experience as a Contracts Administrator or Senior Contracts Administrator
- Experience delivering major construction, infrastructure, energy, mining, utilities or renewable energy projects
- Strong commercial and contractual acumen
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a quick-paced project environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Commerce or a related discipline
