The Opportunity

We’re recruiting for an experienced Senior EUC Engineer to join an established technology team within a large enterprise organisation based in Melbourne’s South-East.

This is a hands-on engineering position with a strong focus on SCCM/MECM, Windows endpoint engineering, SOE, application packaging and Intune.

You’ll work as part of an experienced infrastructure and end-user computing function, taking ownership of complex endpoint engineering activities while also acting as a senior escalation point for the wider support environment.

This would suit someone who enjoys being technically hands-on and wants the opportunity to work across a sizeable enterprise environment with plenty of ongoing project and improvement work.

What You'll Be Doing

Your responsibilities will include

- Administration and engineering of Microsoft SCCM / MECM

- Building and maintaining Windows 10/11 SOE environments

- Creating and maintaining Task Sequences and OS deployment workflows

- Application packaging, testing and deployment

- Managing endpoint drivers, firmware and hardware compatibility

- Endpoint patching, vulnerability remediation and compliance

- Administration and continuous improvement of Microsoft Intune

- Troubleshooting complex Windows and endpoint-management issues

- Using PowerShell for automation, administration and remediation

- Supporting endpoint lifecycle and device-management activities

- Acting as a senior technical escalation point

- Maintaining technical documentation, standards and procedures

- Working closely with infrastructure, security and support teams





- Contributing to ongoing endpoint modernisation and improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

We’re particularly interested in candidates with strong hands-on experience across:

- SCCM / MECM

- Windows 10/11 enterprise environments

- SOE / Golden Image engineering

- Task Sequences and OS deployment

- Application packaging and deployment

- Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager

- Endpoint patching and security

- Driver and firmware management

- PowerShell scripting and automation

- Active Directory, Group Policy and Entra ID

- L3 troubleshooting and technical escalation

You don’t necessarily need experience with every technology listed above, but strong SCCM/MECM and Windows endpoint engineering experience will be important.

We’re looking for someone who has worked beyond traditional desktop support and has been genuinely hands-on with the engineering and ongoing improvement of an enterprise EUC setting.
