About the role
Join SATC and bring South Australia’s biggest events to life, including LIV Golf Adelaide, AFL Gather Round and other major partnered events. You'll play a key role in coordinating activations, experiences and event operations that showcase our state and deliver outstanding visitor experiences across metro and regional South Australia.
Other key responsibilities include
- Coordinate the planning and delivery of event activations, experiences and supporting infrastructure.
- Manage event logistics, schedules, documentation and operational requirements to ensure successful event delivery.
- Build strong relationships with event owners, councils, venues, suppliers, contractors and other key stakeholders.
- Support procurement, contract administration, budgeting, financial tracking and reporting activities.
- Contribute to post-event reporting, evaluation and continuous improvement initiatives.
About you
We are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, passionate about delivery event experiences who can demonstrate:
- Experienced in coordinating major events, festivals, sporting events or large-scale projects.
- Highly organised with strong project coordination skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A confident communicator who can build effective relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with experience managing budgets, documentation and administrative processes.

This position is offered as a 12-month non-executive contract at a classification of ASO5 $92,122 - $102,456.
