About The Opportunity We are seeking an intuitive and experienced design professional to make a substantial impact within an established in-house creative team. This is a pivotal, end-to-end design role where your creativity will directly influence a large and expanding product range.

You’ll be instrumental in shaping the visual identity and communication across diverse platforms, from product launch to consumer engagement, ensuring every asset is on-brand and effective. This is a unique chance to contribute your versatile design skills in a fast-paced workplace, seeing your work come to life across multiple mediums and reaching a broad audience. This freelance/contract opportunity offers an initial duration of 4–6 weeks, with exciting potential for extension or conversion to a permanent position for the right candidate, offering a clear path for career growth and long-term impact.

What You’ll Do

- Produce comprehensive design solutions for product packaging, labelling, digital marketing campaigns, trade and point-of-sale materials, and print collateral.
- Support the creation of video-based assets, including assembly and editing for broadcast and short-form content.




- Ensure all creative output strictly adheres to relevant advertising codes and stringent regulatory compliance standards.
- Independently interpret creative briefs, translating strategic direction into impactful, on-brand assets with minimal supervision.
- Manage multiple concurrent design projects using a project management platform, actively participating in briefing sessions with product and marketing leads.
- Thrive in a dynamic, high-volume environment, particularly during peak periods like conference season, maintaining efficiency and quality under pressure.

Must-Have Qualifications What We’re Looking For

- Demonstrated expertise across both digital and print design disciplines.
- Comfort working within a direct-response marketing framework, executing briefs with defined creative direction and target audiences.
- Strong intuitive briefing skills, enabling you to quickly grasp brand guidelines and audience needs to produce compliant, effective work efficiently.
- Professional maturity and the ability to manage a sustained workload with a high degree of independence.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.




- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects.

About The Team You will join a dedicated graphic design team of four, operating within a broader marketing function that encompasses trade marketing, digital marketing and communications, and technical/consumer-facing writers. The team reports directly to the Marketing Director, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. With team members boasting tenure ranging from several years to 12 months, you’ll be part of a stable and experienced group committed to excellence.
