? Lead critical enterprise platforms. Drive operational excellence. Influence strategic technology outcomes. We're looking for a Senior Platform Infrastructure Lead to lead a team of senior engineers supporting mission-critical enterprise platforms in a large and complex technology workplace.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on solving complex challenges, driving continuous improvement, and building high-performing teams. You'll play a key role in platform stability, incident management, release governance, security uplift, and operational maturity.

What You'll Do

- Lead and mentor a team of Senior Platform Engineers.
- Own platform operations, service reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive major incident response and resolution across multiple technology teams.
- Improve release management, change governance, and operational processes.
- Collaborate with architecture, delivery, security, and infrastructure teams to support critical business services.




- Manage vendor relationships and key stakeholder engagement.
- Champion platform security, risk management, and operational resilience.

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years' experience leading infrastructure, platform, or ICT operations teams
- Proven experience supporting complex enterprise applications or business-critical platforms
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and vendor engagement skills
- Experience with incident management, change control, and release governance
- Background in DevOps, CI/CD, and modern operational practices
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Australian Citizenship is mandatory

Nice to Have

- Salesforce platform exposure
- Experience with GitLab, Splunk, Jira, Confluence, or SAP
- Relevant cloud, infrastructure, or platform certifications
- Experience leading teams of 10+ engineers
