The Opportunity A newly created role within a growing interior design studio known for delivering innovative, functional and timeless spaces across commercial workplace, and select specialty projects.
You’ll join a tight-knit team led by a highly respected Design Director who values simplicity, clarity, collaboration and well-resolved design outcomes. With solid project demand and close alignment with an established construction partner, this role offers real autonomy, variety and the chance to take ownership from concept to completion.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading commercial workplace design projects from concept through to documentation
- Taking ownership of client presentations, pitches and design workshops
- Developing concepts, selections, space planning, finishes and presentation packs
- Producing high-quality documentation in ArchiCAD
- Taking projects through early concept, detail design and delivery coordination
- Collaborating with a Design Director who oversees both studio and project teams
- Occasionally contributing to mixed-sector projects

What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in commercial fit-out / workplace design (essential)
- Mid–Senior level capability (approx. 5+ years)
- Strong conceptual and documentation skills
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD (preferred) or Revit
- Confident, polished presentation style
- Ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of your projects
- A considered design approach with an understanding of function, detail and buildability
Salary, Start Date & Benefits
- An attractive salary of $120,000 - $140,000 plus Super
