MINPROVISE is seeking an experienced Senior Lead - Scaffold & Access Services to oversee and grow our scaffolding operations across Kalgoorlie and the Goldfields region.

This is a senior leadership role suited to an experienced scaffolding professional with strong project management, client relationship and commercial skills. Preference will be given to Kalgoorlie-Boulder residents. Candidates from outside Kalgoorlie who are willing to relocate may also be considered for the right experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop opportunities with existing clients and new markets across the Goldfields region.
- Oversee scaffolding projects from initial planning and estimation through to execution.
- Manage workforce allocation and ensure personnel meet company, client and industry compliance requirements.
- Prepare and submit accurate cost estimates and quotations for scaffolding projects.
- Provide operational support, including reviewing and approving timesheets.
- Conduct site visits for project scoping, client meetings and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Promote a strong safety culture through leadership, toolbox talks, site inspections and incident reporting in INX.
- Identify cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality, safety and client satisfaction.
- Monitor project performance and provide regular operational updates and monthly reports to the National Manager.




- Support the ongoing growth and development of MINPROVISE's Scaffold & Access Services business.

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 5 years' experience in scaffolding, with proven experience managing scaffolding projects and operations.
- Strong understanding of relevant Australian Standards, including AS/NZS requirements, and industry compliance.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
- Strong commercial awareness, including cost estimation and budgeting.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- A strong commitment to safety and quality.
- Experience with INX and scaffold management systems is desirable.
- Previous experience working within the mining or industrial sector is highly desirable.
