We’re currently seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel with commercial and front-end construction law experience.
Working closely with key stakeholders within our client's business, you’ll:
- Draft, review and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, including:
- Consultancy agreements
- Minor works contracts
- Design & Construct (D&C;) agreements
- Major services contracts
- Provide practical legal advice across construction, infrastructure, marketing, safety and operational matters
- Support complex strategic projects and business initiatives
- Identify and manage legal and commercial risks
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide commercially focused solutions
This role will suit a commercially minded lawyer who enjoys working closely with the business and can independently manage matters from instruction through to completion. About You In order to be suitable, you’ll:
- be an admitted lawyer with approximately 5-12 years' PQE
- have robust front-end drafting and contract negotiation experience
- have experience within construction, infrastructure, projects or engineering environments
- be able to operate autonomously and confidently manage negotiations
- be commercially astute with excellent stakeholder management skills
