About the Opportunity: An exciting chance exists for an experienced senior marketing professional to join a prestigious ASX-listed Asset Manager. Reporting into the marketing leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving client communications, investor engagement, brand awareness, and marketing initiatives across the business.

This position offers the chance to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, partnering closely with internal stakeholders, external agencies, investors, and clients to deliver high-quality marketing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will:

- Lead the development and execution of investor and client communication strategies
- Manage the production and distribution of all outbound investor communications and reporting
- Develop and implement annual marketing and communications plans aligned to business objectives
- Coordinate and deliver a range of high-profile events including Annual General Meetings, investor roadshows, webinars, and client functions
- Oversee website content management, ensuring information remains current, engaging, and compliant
- Partner with external PR agencies to develop media releases, thought leadership content, and corporate communications
- Manage CRM marketing campaigns, audience segmentation, and client engagement initiatives




- Analyse campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement
- Act as a key point of contact for investor and stakeholder enquiries, delivering a professional and exceptional client experience
- Support broader brand, digital marketing, and business development initiatives across the organisation

About You: To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, Communications, Finance, or a related discipline
- 7+ years' experience in a marketing, communications, or investor relations role
- Experience within financial services, investment management or asset management is highly regarded
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing events, communications campaigns, and marketing projects end-to-end
- Proficiency across digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and content management systems
- Exceptional written communication skills with strong attention to detail
- A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
