Senior Software Developer

We are seeking a highly technical, hands-on developer to modernise complex, time-critical applications supporting energy market operations.

What we need

- Strong backend development experience with C# and contemporary .NET, preferably .NET 8 or later.

- Advanced Oracle SQL and PL/SQL skills, including performance tuning, transactions, locking and concurrency.

- Experience with asynchronous, multithreaded, scheduled or event-driven systems.

- Strong understanding of synchronisation, race conditions, timeouts, retries and failure recovery.

- Ability to troubleshoot across application code, databases, services, configuration, scripts and infrastructure.

- Experience modernising legacy systems while preserving existing business rules and processing outcomes.

- Strong debugging,



root-cause analysis capabilities.

- Frontend experience with HTML5, JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS and Vue 3 is beneficial.
