About the Role

SSP Australia is seeking energetic and customer-focused Baristas & Bartenders to join our teams at Stitch Coffee and LouLou at Sydney Domestic Airport T3. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with two exciting hospitality brands in a fast-paced airport environment, delivering exceptional coffee, beverages, and customer experiences.

This role is initially being offered on a casual basis, with potential full-time and part-time opportunities available for suitable candidates. If you're passionate about hospitality, thrive in a busy environment, and enjoy creating memorable guest experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

- Luke's Bistro & Bar
- Ra Ra Ramen
- Stitch Coffee
- LouLou
- Stone & Wood
- Tres Taco

What we are looking for

Baristas

- Minimum 1 year's experience in a high-volume café or restaurant.
- Strong coffee knowledge and passion for delivering quality beverages.

Bartenders

- Minimum 1 year's experience in a fast-paced bar or restaurant.
- Cocktail knowledge and excellent customer service skills are highly regarded.

All applicants

- Previous hospitality experience in a café, restaurant, or bar environment.
- Friendly, skilled, and customer-focused approach.
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Positive attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality.
