We're looking for an experienced Senior Power Apps Developer to take a leading role in the design, development and delivery of sophisticated Microsoft Power Platform solutions.

You'll work directly with business stakeholders to understand their challenges, translate requirements into practical solutions, and stay engaged throughout the development lifecycle. You'll also provide technical leadership and help grow the capability of junior developers within the team.

Responsibilities:

- Design and develop enterprise-grade Model-Driven Power Apps
- Build and maintain sophisticated solutions using Microsoft Dataverse, including mature relational data models
- Develop secure and scalable Power Pages solutions
- Design and implement integrations with enterprise systems, includingSAP and other on-premises services
- Work directly with business stakeholders to capture and refine requirements, provide technical guidance and manage expectations throughout delivery
- Contribute to the organisation's Power Platform setting strategy and architecture




- Establish and maintain robust deployment pipelines and ALM practices, ideally using GitHub
- Apply strong Power Platform governance, including DLP policies, security roles and environment management
- Collaborate across Azure and enterprise technology teams, including environments leveraging Azure Landing Zones and ExpressRoute
- Provide technical guidance, code reviews and mentoring to junior developers
- Help establish development standards, patterns and best practices across the Power Platform capability

Skills Required:

- Model-Driven Power Apps development
- Microsoft Dataverse, with strong relational database design and development experience
- Power Pages development
- Enterprise-level systems integration, ideally including SAP and/or on-premises services
- Power Platform environment strategy
- Application Lifecycle Management and deployment pipelines, with GitHub experience highly regarded
- Power Platform governance, including DLP policies, security roles and environment strategy
- A general understanding of Azure Landing Zones and ExpressRoute, with deeper expertise highly regarded
