Join a national client‑side project management consultancy headquartered in Como, delivering high‑quality built‑form projects across Western Australia and select interstate markets. With a strong reputation for delivery and a genuinely collaborative culture, the business is expanding and seeking a Senior Project Manager who can take ownership of complex projects while also mentoring younger team members.

You’ll manage a diverse portfolio including childcare centres (early learning), hospitality & leisure, commercial assets, retail developments, and industrial/infrastructure projects. This role is office‑based (no WFH) and best suited to someone who thrives in a social, energetic environment where culture fit is just as important as capability.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the full lifecycle of client‑side built‑form projects
- Act as the primary liaison between clients, consultants, and contractors
- Oversee budgets, programs, procurement, and performance
- Ensure projects meet client objectives and quality expectations
- Identify and manage project risks
- Lead, mentor, and support junior team members
- Provide transparent and consistent reporting to stakeholders

Criteria:

- 6+ years’ project management experience (client‑side or consultancy)
- Strong built‑form background
- Proven leadership capability and ability to mentor younger staff
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong reporting capability
- Comfortable working full‑time in the office (no WFH)
- Degree in property, construction, architecture, or town planning
- Not suitable: civil‑focused candidates
- Must have a vehicle
