They are currently delivering a significant retail and mixed-use project in Brisbane’s inner east, bringing together premium retail tenants, curated food and lifestyle offerings, and thoughtfully designed public spaces. About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager or Project Manager to join their Brisbane team on a 6–12 month contract, delivering a major retail and mixed-use project based in Brisbane.

This is a hands-on project delivery role with a strong focus on front-end design coordination, tenant liaison and fit-out delivery. You will work closely with architects, consultants, tenants and the broader project team to ensure the project moves seamlessly from design through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead project management activities across the front-end design and delivery phases.
- Coordinate closely with architects, consultants, contractors and tenants to ensure design and delivery requirements are aligned.
- Manage the coordination and delivery of luxury wellness project fit-out works.
- Oversee warm shell items for a high-end supermarket, ensuring scope,



design and delivery requirements are appropriately coordinated.
- Act as a key point of contact for tenants, managing requirements, approvals and project interfaces.
- Liaise directly with tenants throughout the design and delivery process.
- Coordinate design development, documentation, approvals and construction interfaces.
- Work closely with the building team to support and coordinate building-related requirements.
- Manage project programme, scope, budget, risks and key dependencies.
- Coordinate consultants and external stakeholders to ensure deliverables remain on programme.
- Provide clear project reporting and updates to senior stakeholders.
- Support the successful transition from design through to construction and completion.

About You The ideal candidate will have:

- Proven experience delivering complex projects from front-end design through to construction and completion.
- Robust experience coordinating architects, consultants, tenants and contractors.
- Excellent tenant and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Strong understanding of design coordination and fit-out delivery.
- Experience across retail, commercial or mixed-use environments will be highly regarded.
- Strong commercial acumen and project management capability.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
