Senior Property Manager / Property Manager – $110,000 + Super

Our client offers a very different style of Property Management. You will be working directly for a property developer, managing their properties across just 4 buildings in Brisbane’s Inner North.

Unlike traditional Property Management, you won't have a portfolio scattered across Brisbane or spend your day driving from suburb to suburb. With everything concentrated across four buildings, the role is far more streamlined and allows you to focus on managing properties and building relationships.

You will manage a capped portfolio of only 100 properties, with excellent support and genuine flexibility around your working week.

- Manage maintenance and day-to-day Property Management matters
- Maintenance to be approved by 1 person - the owner you work for
- Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Work closely with the developer and internal team
