In this Senior Property Manager role, you’ll oversee a well-maintained, easy-to-manage portfolio—with no routine inspections or entry/exit reports required. With admin support in place and all properties located close to the office, your focus will be on nurturing client relationships and delivering top-tier service, not chasing paperwork.

THE ROLE

- Manage only 160 properties – enjoy a manageable portfolio where you can focus on relationship management
- No routine inspections or exits
- No Leasing!!
- Dedicated Assistant to support your day-to-day tasks




- No weekend work – Monday to Friday only
- No micro-management

ON OFFER:
- $100,000 plus super depending on experience
- WFH Flexibility!

ABOUT YOU:
- Driven, and professional
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Property Manager
- Hold a current Certificate of Registration
- Possess a reliable car and valid driver’s licence
