Reports to: Early Childhood Teacher/Children’s Services Coordinator
Salary: $40 – $47 per hour + superannuation
Employment: Full Time and Part Time positions available (one FT, one PT ~2 days/week)

We’re seeking a motivated Early Childhood Educator (Certificate III) to support program delivery and contribute to a cohesive, long‑standing team that prioritises child safety, inclusion, and high‑quality learning experiences.
You will help plan and deliver engaging, play‑based programs that foster children’s creativity, curiosity, and love of learning. Using observations and assessments, you’ll tailor experiences to individual needs, ensuring every child feels valued and included. You will also help embed child‑secure practices across the service and uphold compliance with child protection policies and procedures.
This role suits someone with a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, a willingness to learn, and enthusiasm for supporting children and families. Previous experience is desirable but not essential.
Location: Coonabarabran (Warrumbungle Shire), NSW – renowned for its stunning night skies, medical services, excellent schools, clubs, and proximity to Warrumbungle National Park (Australia’s first Dark Sky Park).

Selection criteria include:
- ACECQA‑approved Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (Diploma held or in progress advantageous)
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Current First Aid in an Education and Care Setting and CPR
- Understanding of EYLF, MTOP, and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Child Protection and National Child Safety Training
- Willingness to undertake ongoing training and professional development
- Current NSW Class C driver’s licence
