Mackay Hospital and Health Service is seeking an Executive Director, Rural Services to lead strategic direction and operational management across rural facilities, reporting to the Chief Executive.

As part of the Executive Leadership Team, you will oversee Sarina, Moranbah, Clermont, Dysart, Collinsville, Bowen and Whitsunday Health Service, with responsibility for approximately 465 FTE and an operating budget of $124 million.
