The Northern Territory Department of Corrections is seeking a Director – Safety and Emergency Management to design and lead a current enterprise WHS and Corporate Emergency Management capability. This senior role will drive safety culture, resilience and preparedness while relocating to Darwin and reporting to a senior executive.

You will lead a small specialist team, influence decisions on safety and risk, and collaborate with executive leaders to protect a diverse workforce across the department
