Requirements
We are looking for experienced sommeliers with a solid knowledge and understanding of food and wine who have a genuine passion and love for the hospitality industry.
WSET and or CMS education is preferred but not essential,
however a passion for wine and service is.
Key duties will include guest service, stocktaking, stock receival & cellar management.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
RSA certification.
