We are looking for a motivated and reliable male or female apprentice carpenter to join our team, working on high-end residential homes throughout Adelaide and surrounding areas.
This is a great chance for someone who is genuinely interested in carpentry and wants to develop their skills working alongside experienced tradesmen on quality builds.
You’ll primarily be involved in 1st fix carpentry, including framing and structural timber work, with the opportunity to learn all aspects of high-end residential construction as your skills progress.
What You'll Be Doing
- Timber wall and roof framing
- Floor framing and structural timber work
- Setting out and reading plans
- Using hand and power tools
- Working with experienced carpenters and other trades
- Maintaining a clean and safe worksite
- Learning quality building practices and attention to detail
- Progressively developing skills across all aspects of residential carpentry
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Reliable, punctual and hard-working
- Keen to learn and develop a career in carpentry
- Physically fit and comfortable working on construction sites
- Safety-conscious
- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Takes pride in their work and has an eye for detail
- Has a positive attitude and good work ethic
- Previous construction experience is a bonus, but not essential
