About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced full-time cook and chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility. This role requires the ability to work collaboratively with others, as well as the independence to take initiative when necessary.

Key responsibilities

- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard

- Collaborate in developing recent and innovative recipes

- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are consistently met

- Manage inventory, order supplies, and oversee stock control and rotation

- Work closely with team members to deliver an exceptional dining experience

Requirements

- Right to work in Australia

- At least 2 years of relevant experience with references

- Full availability across a 7-day roster

- Ability to work effectively under pressure

- Strong team player

- Highly organised and efficient

- Excellent communication skills

- Attention to detail

- Well-presented and punctual
