BIG4 Wilsons Prom Holiday Park is a busy, growing holiday park located at the gateway to one of Victoria's most spectacular destinations — Wilsons Promontory.

We’re looking for a Guest Services Champion to join our team and become one of the friendly faces our guests remember long after they’ve gone home.

This isn’t a job where you simply sit behind a reception desk.

One minute you might be helping a family find the perfect spot for their first night at the Prom, the next you could be solving a guest problem, taking a booking, helping someone discover the best local walk, or pitching in around the park to make sure everything looks its best.

What will you be doing?

You’ll be an important part of our front-of-house team, helping create the kind of experience that turns first-time visitors into regular guests.

Your days will include things like:

- Welcoming guests with a genuine smile and making them feel at home

- Taking bookings, answering enquiries and helping guests make the most of their stay

- Providing outstanding customer service — even when things get busy

- Using our booking and computer systems confidently and accurately

- Helping drive bookings and sales by understanding what our guests want

- Handling guest questions and solving problems with a positive attitude





- Keeping reception and guest areas organised and looking fantastic

- Helping with cleaning, gardening and general park duties when required

- Working alongside the wider team to keep the park running smoothly

- Being prepared to jump in and help wherever you’re needed

About You

We're not necessarily looking for someone with years of caravan park experience.

We’re looking for the right person.

You might be working in hospitality, retail, tourism, administration or customer service now — or you might simply be someone who is naturally great with people and ready for a change.

You'll bring:

- A naturally friendly, outgoing personality

- A genuine passion for customer service

- Confidence talking to people from all walks of life

- Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly

- Great communication and phone manner

- Positive organisation and time-management skills

- The ability to stay calm and positive when things get busy

- A strong work ethic and willingness to get stuck in

- Confidence working independently as well as being part of a team

- A willingness to work weekends and public holidays when required

- A desire to learn, grow and become a true all-rounder
