Based in Coburg North, City Larder is a wholesale supplier of traditional French-style charcuterie specialising in handcrafted products including restaurant-quality terrines, pates, rillettes, stocks and sauces.
City Larder supplies retail and food service business and serves and sells to more than 1000 locations around Australia, including some of the nation’s finest restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and create premium products, focusing on quality and precision.
- General food preparation.
- Butchery.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team to maintain the highest standards in production and product consistency.
- Maintain cleaning and hygiene standards in line with our HACCP program and health and safety regulations.
- Strong communication skills with the rest of the kitchen team and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Contribute to innovative, artisan food craftsmanship in a modern factory setting.
- Work hours:
- 9 day roster.
- Hours would include Monday-Thursday: 6am - 3pm, Friday: 6am - 12pm, weekends off and 1 RDO per fortnight.
Requirements: Ideally minimum 2 years experience in the industry.
