An established driving-instruction business is seeking a qualified, reliable and student-focused qualified driving instructor to provide lessons throughout Adelaide's southern suburbs on a subcontractor basis. This flexible opportunity would suit an instructor who enjoys working independently, takes pride in helping learner drivers become safe and confident motorists, and values access to an established stream of student enquiries and bookings.
Key responsibilities
- Provide driving lessons with flexible availability to fit your preferred schedule
- Teach learners across a range of ages, abilities and experience levels
- Service Adelaide's southern suburbs
About you
- A current South Australian Motor Driving Instructor's Licence
- A current unrestricted Australian driver's licence
- A current Working with Children Check
- An ABN and the ability to provide services as an independent contractor
- A safe, reliable and suitably insured vehicle for driving instruction
- A dual-control vehicle, or a commitment to have dual controls professionally installed and ready before commencing lessons
- Relevant insurance cover, or the ability to arrange it before commencement
- A calm, patient and professional teaching style
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Reliable availability on weekdays, after school and/or weekends
