Endless Possibilities NT is seeking a reliable, compassionate and experienced Disability Support Worker to provide high-quality support to an NDIS participant in Darwin. This role includes personal care, daily living assistance, community access, medication support where authorised, and safe transfers using a hoist.
Key responsibilities
- Provide personal care and daily living assistance
- Support community access
- Provide medication support where authorised
- Perform safe transfers using a hoist
- Document support accurately
- Work across a 24/7 roster, including evenings, weekends, nights and public holidays
About you
- Experience supporting people with disability, complex needs or mental health needs
- Confident and competent in hoist transfers and protected manual handling
- Respectful, patient and person-centred approach
- Strong communication skills
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or ability to obtain one
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Current driver licence
- Working with Children Clearance where required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
