Are you a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse ready to make a genuine impact in aged care? At UnitingSA’s Seaton facility, you’ll be part of a supportive team where your clinical expertise, leadership, and person-centred care truly make a difference.
We’re currently seeking versatile Registered Nurses to join our team on a casual basis.
A typical day in this role includes:
Performing comprehensive clinical assessments and implementing evidence-based care plans.
Leading the clinical team on shift, ensuring safe, effective, and responsive care delivery.
Administering medications and IV therapies in line with the scope of practice and facility protocols.
Monitoring residents’ conditions, managing acute clinical situations, and escalating when required.
Providing mentorship and supervision to ENs and PCAs to foster a supportive care environment.
Engaging with residents, families, and external providers to ensure continuity and quality of care.
Maintaining accurate documentation in line with AN-ACC requirements and aged care standards.

What You’ll Bring:
Essential Qualifications
Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration
Valid DHS NDIS Worker Screening Check
Skills & Experience
Sound understanding of aged care legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards
Strong clinical skills in medication administration, wound care, and care plan development
Experience with AN-ACC and electronic documentation systems
Proven ability to lead shifts and mentor team members
Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
