Rocketfuel Coffee Roasters is seeking a motivated hospitality professional to lead and manage day-to-day operations at our Perth-based specialty coffee venue. This is a permanent, full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to take the lead in a growing business, inspiring a team, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring every shift runs smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue, including front-of-house and kitchen operations
- Lead and support the team, including roster management and fostering a positive workplace culture
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, food safety and customer service
- Manage bookings, events and special functions
- Oversee stock control,
budgets and cost management to support efficient operations
- Handle customer feedback professionally and contribute to continuous improvement
About you
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to stay calm and organised in a fast-paced setting
