At Quest Bundoora we’re on the lookout for a new Houseperson/Housekeeper / Room Attendant to join its team on a casual basis.

The Role

Quest Bundoora's room services team are highly valued members of our team, and key to ensuring positive experiences for our guests and the overall success of the business.

In particular, the role involves providing room attendant services for apartments studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and 3-bedroom lots and cleaning common areas to ensure high standards of presentation of the property in line with the Quest brand standards, and efficient operations based on occupancy demands and guest needs.





We are open to employing someone who would predominately fill a Housekeeping role but could/would lean into Houseperson tasks. When required this may include some maintenance items, days focused on stripping and making beds only, movement and distribution of linen etc.

The Ideal Candidate

Past experience as a houseperson or housekeeper.

Will demonstrate a can-do, responsible, and flexible approach to work, excellent communication skills, a friendly customer service demeanor, a keen eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, discretion in guest interaction, and a strong appreciation for workplace safety. An ability to follow instructions and work quickly and efficiently to achieve individual and team goals is key.

Prior experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role ideally in a business environment is essential, and qualifications and prior experience in the hospitality, travel or tourism industries would be highly regarded.

The successful applicant must be available to work shifts, weekends and public holidays, and have entitlements to work in Australia.
