We established our PD program with the belief that both experienced and recently graduated physiotherapists require comprehensive specialized training to become excellent private practitioners. The program is presented chronologically and incorporates 4 streams of training;

Orientation and pre start training to prepare you for the role,

2-year professional development program designed for new graduates but suitable for all levels of experience, with a strong focus on Private Practitioner Specific training,





Ongoing professional development sessions covering a range of topics with guest speakers including specialists, GPs, radiographers and medical equipment presentations, and

One on one mentoring sessions that will continue for the course of your employment.

The program’s most intensive training and supervision occurs during the first six to twelve months, with greater independence as the program progresses. All training and PD including orientation is held in paid working hours. The program is tailored to each applicants level of experience and requirements.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We have one permanent full time position available for immediate start at our Wanneroo clinic.

Beautiful new clinic with individual treatment rooms and Pilates/rehabiltation studio.

We are looking for someone to help drive the growth of the clinic while adding to our valued Move Forward team.

All Move Forward positions come with a salary package that will be unmatched in private practice.

The position is exciting opportunities for Physiotherapists (New Graduate or Experienced) to join an amazing physio team.

REMMUNERATION AND REWARD

Salary Packages commence between 75,000-85,000 per annum depending on the experience of the applicant plus superannuation, annual and personal entitlements .

Physiotherapists at Move Forward can earn up to double their salary through our incentive and commission bonuses. The average full time Physio gross salary (Salary + Commission + Super) at Move Forward in the 2025/26 financial year was 138,860 with some staff earning over 180,000.

REQUIREMENTS:

APHRA Registered Physiotherapist.
