- No KPI's: productivity is measured based on clients seen and also accounts for complexity of clients
- Admin Team Support: Takes care of service agreements, invoicing, bookings and can draft input patient info for draft reports
- Supervision tailored to your needs - be supported by a Team Lead Speech Pathologist with 8+ Years Experience
- Multidisciplinary Team: 6 OT's, 4 SP's & a Director
- Capped Travel: Hybrid Role - any travel is capped to a particular area to avoid excessive driving
- Facilities: Brand CURRENT clinic, equipped with a sensory gym & individualised therapy rooms
