Snap Fitness Burwood is seeking a Club Manager who is passionate about all things Health & Fitness. This is your chance to really own the growth of this club and drive memberships in a full-time permanent position. If you have strong industry experience, a passion for growing yourself and the club, are naturally creative and innovative with your marketing and sales strategy then this is the role for you!

As this is a very community-oriented club we are searching for someone with the unique ability to actively engage with members and drive club culture, connect with local businesses plus maintain a commercial mindset throughout their daily tasks.

Snap Fitness Burwood is a recently modernised gym that offers some of the most premium fitness offerings on the market including a full range of free weights & strength equipment, extensive cardio equipment, fully fitted out functional training room where a range of classes are held, personal trainers, outdoor training calisthenics area & loads more.

Why This Role

- $75,000-$90,000 p.a. base + super + monthly performance bonus (OTE up to $105,000)

- No weekend work

- Complimentary gym membership and free access to our Infrared Sauna

- Build the team, the culture, and the member base.

- Ability to run your own PT business rent-free outside of rostered hours (keep what you earn)

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be accountable for the overall success of the club: sales, team, member experience,



and operations.

- Drive sales and hit membership targets

- Supervise permanent and ad hoc contractors as well as personal trainers.

- Own local marketing, community engagement, and corporate outreach

- Innovation and strategic marketing to drive membership growth

- Owning the social media strategy for the club

- Maintaining gym standards (cleanliness, maintenance, OH&S; etc)

- Build retention and referral programmes that keep members long-term

- Manage day-to-day operations, reporting, Snap Fitness and WHS compliance

ABOUT YOU

We're looking for a high-energy, self-motivated fitness professional with a proven track record in sales and community building.

To be considered it is essential you have the experience of managing the day-to-day operations of a busy health club.

This role will enable you to take the step up you are looking for, practice an ownership mindset daily and be rewarded for your efforts.

You will ideally have:

- Proven experience managing a fitness club or similar sales-driven environment

- Social media savvy and comfortable in front of the camera, creating content, engaging online, and promoting our club

- Strong leadership skills and the ability to foster a positive club environment
