Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Field Services consultant.

Location Brisbane: (remote working locations will be considered if you are willing to undertake occasional travel)

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Field Service Consultant to support the delivery of a major Field Service transformation program.

This is an exciting opportunity for a consultant who enjoys working closely with business stakeholders to design and implement Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions that improve scheduling, mobile workforce management, asset management, and customer service outcomes.

While the role is aligned to Brisbane, we are open to candidates located elsewhere in Australia who can work remotely and travel when required for workshops, project milestones, and stakeholder engagement activities.

You will need to have:

- Proven experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service implementations.

- Solid functional consulting and business analysis skills.





- Experience facilitating workshops and engaging with business stakeholders.

- Hands-on configuration experience in Dynamics 365 Field Service.

- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.

- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

- Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment.

- Baseline clearance

It would be great if you also had any of the below:

- Microsoft MB-240 Dynamics 365 Field Service Functional Consultant certification.

- Experience delivering projects within Government, Utilities, Telecommunications, Construction, or Asset-Intensive industries.

- Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service.

- Understanding of integration patterns across the Microsoft ecosystem.

- Agile delivery experience.
