As a casual Bobcat Operator at GLB Excavation Services Pty Ltd, you will play a crucial role in operating and maintaining our fleet of bobcat machinery to support our construction projects.
Key responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate bobcat machinery to complete a variety of tasks, including setting up mesh rubbish cage enclosures, back blading around concrete slabs, installing sediment barrier, installing gravel driveways, and completing builders site cleans
- Perform manual labour including wheelbarrowing soil for back blades that have tight access
- Landscaping work
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on assigned equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards
- Adhere to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Provide support and assistance to other team members as required
About you
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bobcat Operator in the construction industry
- Proficient in the operation of various bobcat models and attachments
- Strong understanding of construction site safety protocols and the ability to work safely in a energetic environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality work
- Current manual MR licence and white card
- Own transport
