Water Tank Technician – Pristine Water Systems Central Highlands

About Us

Pristine Water Systems Central Highlands is an Australian-owned and operated franchise specialising in water tank cleaning, servicing, and the supply and installation of premium water filtration systems.

We're market leaders in water tank cleaning, using our exclusive QuadClean™ process to clean, treat and sanitise domestic and commercial tanks across the region. For many of our customers that tank is their only source of drinking water — so the work matters, and we do it properly.

We're a small, hands-on team that takes pride in getting the job right the first time. If you enjoy being out on the road, working independently and finishing the day knowing you've made a genuine difference to someone's water supply, you'll fit in well here.

About You

We're looking for a reliable, hands-on person who:

- Enjoys outdoor work and doesn't mind the weather

- Is comfortable with physical work — climbing ladders, working at heights and entering confined spaces

- Communicates clearly and politely with customers, often on their own property

- Is punctual, self-motivated and takes pride in a job done properly

- Has a sense of humour and a genuine willingness to learn

Qualifications & Requirements

Essential:

- Current Victorian Driver's Licence

- National Police Check

- Confident using a smartphone and basic computer systems for job records and scheduling

Highly regarded (or we can help you get them):

- Confined Space Entry ticket

- Working at Heights ticket

- Construction White Card

- First Aid Certificate

- Working with Children Check





About the Role

As a Water Tank Technician, no two sites are quite the same. A typical day includes:

- Driving to customer sites across the Central Highlands in a company vehicle

- Inspecting water tanks and testing water quality

- Setting up and operating our cleaning equipment, including large pumps and hand and power tools

- Cleaning, treating and sanitising tanks using our QuadClean™ process

- Reporting on tank condition and talking customers through what you've found

- Packing up, cleaning down and prepping the vehicle and stock for the next job

- Routine equipment maintenance

- Occasionally helping out with promotional work — trade shows, flyer drops

What we provide:

Who Should Apply

You don't need experience with water tanks — we provide full training. If you've worked in trades, farming, landscaping, warehousing or any hands-on outdoor role and you're looking for something steady and worthwhile, we'd like to hear from you.
