Omega Communities is seeking a dedicated Admin & Resales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This is a part-time position working 30 hours per week, based in Leabrook SA 5068. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support whilst preparing documentation, settlement statements, coordinating refurbs and sales and marketing activities. This position offers the flexibility of part-time work whilst allowing you to make a meaningful contribution to our organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Preparing and coordinating documentation requirements, resales estimates and settlement statements
- Maintaining accurate records and databases relating to resales and administrative matters
- Providing administrative and clerical support including correspondence and file management
- Assisting with resales listings and coordination of sales and marketing activities
- Responding to client enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinating and organising functions and events as required
- Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth administrative processes
- Supporting the coordination of viewings, inspections and other resales-related activities as required
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in property administration, real estate coordination or a similar administrative role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and property management or database systems
- Attention to detail and accuracy when handling documentation and records
- Customer service excellence and the ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues
- Professional manner and discretion when handling sensitive information
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work setting
- Desirable: experience with resales coordination, community management or strata administration
